"Much appreciated warm welcome after a busy day. Room upgrade with drinks voucher, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary cookies which was a pleasant surprise. Room was nice and quiet. Ate in and the service was excellent. Good buffet breakfast in the morning (although on the second day it was just too busy with two coach loads of tourists all having descended for breakfast at the same time).
