"Unfortunately the bar area was closed for the evening and breakfast the next day was in the cramped executive lounge, all due to a football team staying. I’m sorry Hilton, but you should be accommodating all your guests with all your facilities. A few overpaid footballers shouldn’t be taking precedent over your normal customers who I suspect far outnumbered them."

"The property is very nice, food is great! In other Leonardo hotels I experienced more modern / nicer rooms, but it’s ok. What we had problem with is the elevator. Very low capacity, on check our day, we needed to wait 25 mins to be able to get in the elevator with our luggages. It was quite unconvenient with also a toddler waiting… (From the 9th floor staires were not an option.)"
