"Very nice hotel great location and lovely staff"

"Spent Christmas night here and it served its purpose perfectly well at a very reasonable price for this time of year in London. Very comfortable beds and good temperature control ( pretty unusual in U.K.- rooms are often far too hot). Bathroom sink could do with an update but that’s a minor quibble. Didn’t use the bar or have breakfast so can’t comment except to say the whole ground floor was clean and welcoming."

"Absolutely great location. Had a small issue with the toilet not flushing but by time we were back from breakfast it was fixed Staff really polite and breakfast was superb. Some great bars near hotel as well, only 5 min walk to Tower Hill Station. Highly recommend the hotel and location. Definitely be back. "
