"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE!
