"Beds were not very comfortable but other than that everything else was great. The rooms were well maintained and super clean. Bathrooms also really clean and spacious. Again aside from the beds this was a great hotel the beds were just so uncomfortable it’s hard to sleep. "

Lovely hotel

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is great, convenient to the tourist attractions and restaurants in DTLA. We love the Japanese shops and restaurants which is just nearby the hotel. The rooms is clean and spacious (Japanese toilet seat is a plus!) The check in is quick. Hotel staff are polite and friendly. Facilities are nice though limited, we love the cafe and the gym. However if you have a car , valet parking is a bit expensive. "
