"Stayed for 6 days with my family (4 kids, 2 adults). Enjoyed our stay very much mostly due to the amazing customer service. The indoor water park is better for younger kids (I feel like 10/under) and although we didn’t get to experience the outdoor water park due to the weather I think my older kids would have liked that one better. Suite was very clean and it was so nice to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Location was great; like 10 minutes to Dollywood and 30ish minutes to Smoky Mtn Nationa Park."

"The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. Having the bar and bodega in the hotel is very convenient for a quick night cap or to grab a drink, snack, etc on your way in or out. Staff and service was impeccable. Easy walk to Broadway and all the action. Would definitely stay here again."
