"The vibe. The amenities. The smell. The small details. The PLANTS. This place is luxurious in the most homey, green, alive, boho way. The spa was fantastic and the food options, bar options, etc were also top notch. I’m a 1 Hotel convert and will opt to stay in one whenever it’s an option when traveling. "

"This is more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The room was nice. The hotel minimart is a bit lacking but there are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. "

"We arrived about one and a half hours before the 4 pm checkin. Our room was not ready so they said they would contact us when it was. They kept making excuses and finally at 4 pm we asked why we hadn't been notified. They said there was a staff change and basically they forgot us even thought we were sitting right across from the front desk for more than an hour. They just didn't care what to us was a serious miscommunication. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!"

"Across street from Ryman; our concert venue we came to town for. Did not like valet parking only choice or pick a garage a block or two down the street. $65 per night was unexpected. Pay extra for WiFi. With what I paid per night, I don’t believe free WiFi is unreasonable "
