"This was my first time in NY and I wanted that was centrally located to most tourist attractions, and this property was a perfect match! Times Square and most of the theaters were within walking distance. The bus terminal center is up the street and there are some subway stations nearby as well! I had an early arrival and the front desk kept me up to date as to when a room became available! Madeline (Front Desk) and Carlos (Bellman) were amazing and made the whole check-in process a breeze! I’ll definitely be coming back to NY and this property will be my top choice! "

"Lovely hotel but they’re SO missing an opportunity since the area for eating “closes” every afternoon after 3pm! Ideally there should be an opportunity for tea/coffee and tray bakes then - you would make a killing in terms of profit!! The people working there were ALL lovely and friendly and SO helpful. Would recommend it!"
