"We got a crappy room that was not remodeled yet it was bad smelly sewer smell they tried to out smell with incense the room was very run down .( make sure you request a newly remodeled room !) I finally got my voice heard and two days later we got moved to a way better room ! The pool tiling needs tons of work . "The hotel is excellent, five star service across the board. The neighborhood it’s situated in is exceptionally noisy on the, especially on the weekend. I couldn’t really sleep 3 of the 6 nights I stayed. The front desk staff were kind enough to provide me with ear plugs (you can also pick some up at the pharmacy down the street). Highly recommend downloading a white noise app to help drown out the noise."
