"The property is very nice! We were happy with the room, besides a few inconveniences, the jacuzzi was in and out with temperature and we had small leak in the ceiling. Both were fixed rather quickly. The hot tub did cool down again on our last day though. Gracia was helpful with her VIP service throughout our trip!"

"We had an amazing stay at the hard rock. The staff is incredible and treat you so well. Service is incredible by all. The food was super good as well. All of the dinner restaurants were amazing. The hibachi grill (Zen) and Toro Steakhouse were our favorites. The property itself was also super nice. Entertainment each night which was great. We’d probably not go back during peak spring break time. The only downfall of the resort is it is pretty far away from everything but we really didn’t have a lot of reason to leave the resort either. We also didn’t know how windy it was this time of year so the weather wasn’t super hot but still better than Michigan weather this time of year. But that of course is not anything to do with the resort itself. We would go back here and bring our kids as well. "
