"Nicerooms and very comfortable beds. Very fair price for the hotel during off season (February). Breakfast buffet was good overall, just didn’t like how they offered corn syrup for the waffles instead of maple syrup. Nice pool area. Didn’t like how there was no bath plug in the room, so I spent a while searching for one and eventually gave up and called reception. They told me this was normal and they’d have someone bring it up right away. I was anxious to get it so I could give my son a bath and give my husband a break as he had a flu and needed to rest. I was too tired to take my son out after having been at Disneyland for many hours. Unfortunately, about 30 mins came by but no one dropped off the bath plug. I decided to call reception again, and they apologized and told me they’d remind them to bring it to me again. After at least an hour someone delivered the bath plug. It was stressful because if anyone knows little kids they can lose interest in something quickly so by the time I got the bath plug it could have all been for nothing. It would make more sense to just leave the bath plug in the room. "

"There's a lot of good things about this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was affordable with good food. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel needs an update. For example, there were no USB outlets in the room, and the bathtub drained really slow. "
