"El servicio de los empleados fue excelente, desde la entrada. El hotel es hermoso y en un buen lugar y accesible. Quede encantanda con el hotel, un poco costoso pero me encanto. Necesitan mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. Entre la pared y el lavamanos en el piso habia mucho polvo y basura acumulada. Tenia varios detalles de polvo. La bañera se tardaba en bajar el agua, estaba tapada. En la habitacion no tenian cafetera y todos los hoteles cuentan con cafeteras y cafe para prerarase en las habitaciones. "

"Great front desk customer service. I booked a city view and for some reason I was initially placed in an urban room. They rectified the issue right away and were flexible on late check out which was a plus. "

"Accessible from either 44th or 45th St.. parking garage right next-door made it easy. All staff were professional and friendly amazing location for anything you need to do in midtown . lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance."

"The staff was very nice, very helpful and kind. This was true for every person we dealt with. We were able to get early check-in and late check-out and could even leave our bags for longer. This was a huge help to us. The location was convenient for our needs. We were able to walk everywhere we went, although a couple of times they were long walks. There was some traffic noise one of the two nights we stayed, but it's New York. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again. Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic location! Clean, safe and very well stocked with towels, personal products & tea/coffee. Complimentary bottled water from reception when requested. Temperature in the room was great and very easy to control. Would’ve been a bonus to have a kettle in the room not just a coffee machine but really that’s a very minor gripe! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Minutes walk from both the 23rd and 28th street subway stations too. Would highly recommend!"
