"Location is great to MSG and Penn Station. Desk staff was great. Maintenance, horrible. Requested maintenance for broken toilet early morning, reminded them in the afternoon and was told at night that maintenance went home (without fixing it). Fixed myself. But overall, it was a good stay and would stay again."
