"The upper lobby co-working area was fantastic. However, the only issue (and a very minor one) is the Friday night noise from the club. But otherwise, no complaints whatsoever, it's a great hotel."

"This was my first time in NY and I wanted that was centrally located to most tourist attractions, and this property was a perfect match! Times Square and most of the theaters were within walking distance. The bus terminal center is up the street and there are some subway stations nearby as well! I had an early arrival and the front desk kept me up to date as to when a room became available! Madeline (Front Desk) and Carlos (Bellman) were amazing and made the whole check-in process a breeze! I’ll definitely be coming back to NY and this property will be my top choice! "

"I've always loved the Iconic New Yorker. Not the newest property but the rooms are more spacious and they have some great views of Midtown. Plus the staff is all so attentive and efficient. They are the best!!! "
