"Spent 2 nights here for New Years. The property is located in the heart of shopping and many other land marks. Always something to do steps away. We took advantage of the Lounge promo and rung in New Year in style. The food and drinks in the pakage were great. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The property itself is older and a bit tierd looking. Looks like some renos were done recently but may not be enough. Being downtown Toronto also comes with all downtown cons. "

"this hotel was absolutely amazing. they gave me and my husband a free upgrade for his birthday. just the relaxing staycation we needed. the room was beautiful and very clean. the washroom came with a heated toilet, standing shower and a beautiful tub. the tv had Netflix installed which was so convenient. the led mirror was such a cool feature as well as the button controlled curtains. this hotel will definitely see us again! 10/10 experience. "I am an older adult with arthritis in my knees which made it very difficult and painful to go up and down the stairs. My room was on the 2nd floor. I appreciate the staff for helping to take my luggage up and down the stairs. Another issue is that one of the door key did not work which caused some inconvenience for the 2nd guest"
