Balcony door did not lock, there was no bathmat in washroom, the power went out, the wifi was weak. My allergies were very bad when at the hotel specifically which makes me wonder about mold.

Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, our rooms have a view of downtown Toronto. There are Chinese buffet, Korean grocery store, Starbucks, Cora, Freshii etc within walking distance. Bus stop is right at the hotel. We love it and will stay at Pan Pacific again.

Facility loss power and I was stuck on the 10th floor, tried to contact front desk multiple times and left multiple messages with no reply. On top of the power being loss, they also lost water; no shower, no toilet, etc. when they finally got 1 elevator working, 8 hours has passed and still no power, no water, and no compensation or response from staff. Most incompetent staff I’ve ever met and most inconvenient place I’ve ever stayed. DON’T take the risk. You’ve been warned!

The smoke detector was beeping the whole night on the first night due to low battery. The power went out on the 2nd day. My family had to take a shower in the dark. I thought the self parking was included but I had to pay $13 per day for parking. I should be compensated for the inconvenience from a smoke detector beeping and power outage at the hotel.
