"We had a great time at this property. Our butlers were wonderful. Everywhere we had dinner reservations was amazing. We love swimming in the ocean. We loved the pool area. Being at the adult resort was pretty amazing! Everything was awesome. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and we had an ocean view and our room was beautiful. They did a great job restocking anything we needed restocked. They were great at cleaning. We ordered room service a few times and they were wonderful as well....

"Beautiful and elegant property at the very southern tip of the Hotel Zone. It’s the most beautiful property in Cancun that accepts children so be prepared- most of the guests have kids which was fine for us. The service was exceptional. The beach was not the prettiest because it is in the bay and not the open ocean but the concierge arranged for us a day at a nearby beach club which was wonderful. Really loved this resort. Thank you again!"
