"Comfortable hotel especially the premium room"

"The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly as well. The breakfast was fantastic and we able to try one of the other restaurants on the property and it was superb. The view of Osaka and walking along the river was very relaxing. The hotel is geared more towards business travelers and weddings, so as tourists it was a little far to get to the big sites in Osaka, however, the hotel staff and quality of the experience...

"Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private. Breakfast was decent with some nice pastries but could do with more variety. "

"Extremely well located. It would have been good to have lunch continue until 11 AM on the weekend. 10AM is not long enough. There are not enough walkable restaurants within the area. The station is the only dining option. The hotel overall is clean and quiet. They provided a robe, slippers, excellent pour over coffee, body scrub and many other nice touches."

"Everything is good except for the fact that the furniture is very old and worn. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable as the cushion had sunk in. There should be better maintenance done as the carpet looks very worn as well."
