"The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly as well. The breakfast was fantastic and we able to try one of the other restaurants on the property and it was superb. The view of Osaka and walking along the river was very relaxing. The hotel is geared more towards business travelers and weddings, so as tourists it was a little far to get to the big sites in Osaka, however, the hotel staff and quality of the experience...

"I enjoyed my stay here, and with it being locared only a 5 min walk from the bustling Dotonbori street, I found it to be very useful for getting about Osaka. The hostel itself was fine, with clean beds and bathrooms, and generally the hostel was relatively quiet at night despite the large dorm room, and being just above a busy market street. "Everything is good except for the fact that the furniture is very old and worn. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable as the cushion had sunk in. There should be better maintenance done as the carpet looks very worn as well."

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool.
