"The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly as well. The breakfast was fantastic and we able to try one of the other restaurants on the property and it was superb. The view of Osaka and walking along the river was very relaxing. "My night at the Conrad was not only my favorite night in Japan, but it was one of the best night's of my life. The view is incredible... We were greeted by the kindest woman & we had a drink in the bar while we waited for our room. We stayed there for hours! When we finally went to our room, we were stunned. it was just gorgeous... again the view! And the bathroom was amazing. All very spacious, warm & welcoming. "Excellent hotel in the perfect location! Great big bed, excellent view, staff was incredibly helpful! Only downside is the very basic decor of the bathrooms as well as the carpet being older in our room. Excellent bar on 36th floor with panoramic view of the entire city! An excellent choice! "

"Everything is good except for the fact that the furniture is very old and worn. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable as the cushion had sunk in. There should be better maintenance done as the carpet looks very worn as well."
