"Although we only stayed one night we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived there after an 8 hour transfer and it was just what we needed. The rooftop bar has the most incredible views and we ordered room service and it was delicious. As a coeliac I really appreciated the menu showing a selection of gluten free items. "

"We got there early morning, champagne welcome. Sascha at the desk said he would get us to our room early and he did. The breakfast is fantastic, fruits, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, bacon, multiple breads including GF, fresh juices etc R$99 (about $17).A few of the staff speak english and go the extra yard to help you with any needs you might have whether it's making a reservation for an event at The Roxy or simply suggestions on how to get around. Thank you to Iris and Joseph from the wait sraff. The pool on the 20th floor is a little small (not built for laps) but great for a dips when laying out in the sun. The bartender is also wonderful and attentive. Drinks, wine room service and in room snacks are very affordable and wont break the bank."
