When we arrived, there was hair in our sink. And we also found someone’s long nail on our carpet so it looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed. My main concern was that one of the walls in our unit was buckled and obviously there had been water damage, and it made me worry that we were being exposed to mold. As well over by the window of our room was freezing cold there was a terrible draft. The staff was lovely. The location is lovely.

This was the pertfect locations downtown Toronto without spending a fortune. Parking attached at a cost but thats normal. would stay again. rooms were small, but thats OK as it was just for sleeping

This hotel is fine for a quick one night stay. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel is limited on amenities and the rooms are sooo small. They don’t even have a microwave in the entire hotel to warm up food.

The check-in experience was quick and smooth. The agent was able to fulfill my special requests. Complimentary water is available in the lobby, as well as bottles in the room. As someone who is eco-conscious, a refillable water bottle station in the lobby would have been more appreciated. The rooms were quite small, so if you're looking for lots of space this isn't the hotel for you. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the soap, lotions, and shampoos available in the bathroom. The pool is an added benefit, although the area could definitely use more seating. The fitness room is very basic, and not too busy. I did find the other hotel guests were highly disrespectful in the pool area taking up the majority of the pool and splashing everyone. Staff did nothing about this. More information could be placed in the room to indicate where ice/snacks, pool, etc. can be located. There also wasn't much information about the on-site dining options available.

This is just another hotel, nothing special. Will likely not stay here again. Toilet broken on arrival, room freezing with window left open and tv blaring on entry. Staff were not kind when issues brought up, laughed in my face when I asked if a microwave like was available like I was asking for something crazy.
