"Stay wasn’t bad. There was a weird smell in the bathroom. Bathroom mirror was broken and window blinds were broken. There weren’t any pool towels in the pool area. Even after front lobby was called. However beds were really nice."

"Only complaint was the hot tub not working. Another guest said it hasn’t worked for a long time. Had a very upset son with Autism who loves hot tubs. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. Everything else was fine. "

Great hotel

"The shower head alone was hands down worth the price of the room. High enough for a tall (6') person to stand under without crouching and had excellent water pressure. The beef was very comfortable too - soft but still firm with great support. The fact that it's an easy stroll across the skywalk to get to the Civic Center is a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again. "
