My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – a generous spread of delicious options that catered to every palate. Starting each day with such a delightful meal was a highlight of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Courteous, polite, helpful and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. In sum, The Oriental Jade Hotel is undoubtedly a first-class, five-star accommodation. I can confidently say that I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city!
