I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city.
The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi.
The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – a generous spread of delicious options that catered to every palate. Starting each day with such a delightful meal was a highlight of my stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Courteous, polite, helpful and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression.
