"Excellent location for theatre land and very easy to get to Oxford street for shopping etc (139 bus across road from hotel). If you travel via Waterloo station the same bus starts and stops there. All in all very good couple of days at the hotel and it's close to covent garden and easily walkable to Leicester Square "

We were deeply touched by Janhvi’s warm service. Despite the busy Valentine’s Day and the hotel’s 800-room capacity, she arranged a perfect room and even decorated it with a special message welcoming my mother and congratulating me. It was a heartwarming surprise! The service has been excellent—housekeeping is prompt, the restaurant food is delicious, and all staff are professional.
