"The hotel was tricky to find, life I inititally used had no sign. Heathrow staff told me to go to top, which was wrong. Check in was okay, 6 people behind desk but only 1 helping guests. Not much about hotel explain, only the express checkout. Room was comfy, but not cleaned to standards of this hotel should be. Hairs all over shower wall and dude wipes packets on bedroom floor. It wad a quiet and comfortable room though and got a good night sleep before my flight. A short walk to terminal...
