"Pros: Stunning area of London & beautiful decor and dining areas. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: If you have accessibility issues, the standard rooms are located at the end of a labyrinth of hallways and stairs- this is just the nature of the building. For the same reason, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or blast a sound machine at night- you can hear quite a bit from the hallway and from the exterior. The standard room is tight- even for carry-ons....

"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff."

"First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem, On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience. Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic. We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue....
