"The Hotel is Great!!!Staffs are polite and really doing their jobs..Its really convenient for me coz US consular office is located in the lower lobby of the hotel,which helps a lot of time. I love the room but just notice we font have slippers inside the room which is we really need coz its so cold inside our room..But overall,its really a good hotel to stay..😊"

"The rooms were very clean and well kept. The shower water pressure was very high and very hot. That alone gets a 5-star. However, the food quality (ie the fish products) from their restaurant needs to be better managed."

"This hotel is perfectly placed for the city life,food and shopping the local malls. Theres also 24hr McDonald's,Jollibee..and 7/11 all walking distance. The staff at lex are amazing. I have no complaints and already rebooked for another 2 days later this month. Taxi and grab drivers are easy to access as well. "
