"The place is away from the hustle bustle, very quiet and serene, relaxing with well planned out lay out. Just make sure you have good Wifi connections since the airport in Panglao is spotty. Even after using a local phone, couldn't connect to the hotel. But once we got checked in, everthing went well. The owner was apologetic. The place is well maintained, clean ,spotless, good hot showers and AC. Service is prompt, mini restaurant food was good, you can eat at your patio or at the dining area....

"It’s called “Bills Tourist Inn” so we thought they would have some info about anything. They couldn’t help with tours, any information about what and where to go and couldn’t even recommend a good restaurant, so we were on our own. Hot water would come and go and there wasn’t any WiFi to help us figure things out. We basically had to walk into the Main Street for everything anyway so we should have just stayed closer. "

First, card offline, front desk said they are not taking cards but i booked online so i assumed i can still use my card. 2nd, free breakfast, when i checked in, i asked front desk, if i have free breakfast, online booking one room for 8, additional 2 rooms for 2 pax.she yes there's free breakfast, morning comes she said only 3 free breakfast, after 1 minute she said only 1 free breakfast.
