"We loved the view, the pool, happy hour cocktails and the food by the pool! The hourly drives to and from town, service and the daily cleans were greatly appreciated. The bath, shower and hammock outside with the view was a lovely surprise!! Yes there is a hill, but for the lower studios (where our apartment was) it wasn’t an issue for us. Although we loved the restaurant food during the day, breakfast could have been better (pancakes were great if you like them) and it was quite noisy relaxing by the pool due to construction of the new deck by the pool (hopefully it’s over soon!) "

The comfort and hospitality at Lagun Hotel exceeded all expectations—I can’t wait to return! Truly recommend this hotel stay to anyone that comes to El Nido. Make sure to fly with Air Swift to land at Lio Airport which is less hassle to get here rather than from Puerto Princesa. Also, to get around the town rent a motorbike/scooter and it’s fun😁"

"The owner, Noud, and his staff were kind and very helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted by a half dozen staff members who carried our luggage up the inclined walkway and a flight of stairs to our room on the second floor. The beds were also quite comfortable. The property is well maintained, and everything was very clean. I would recommend anyone visiting El Nido to stay here."

"Great views and very attentive staff. We had a Swedish massage and it was amazing. Maybe the food options can be improved. We did kayak tour to the a deserted beach and it was beautiful."

"Positives of this property is you are secluded in the beautiful forest with a beautiful serene and comfortable space, the dome tent was beautifully presented and loved the deck area to relax and take in the scenery. The hotel offered shuttle pick up and drop off to the main centre of town which was great because you are a bit too far out to walk. You could rent a scooter but it’s a decent hill climb up and down to the property. The restaurant offered a free breakfast option off the menu which was good to be able to choose something different each day. Their lunch/dinner options were fairly good. Recommend the mango sticky rice and Filipino noodles. "

"Pangulasian resort is paradise with best in class service and is true definition of subtle luxury. Team at resort is super friendly. Eduard the resort manager takes personal care of guests. Executive chef is exceptional and he took care of vegeterian meals for my wife.we enjoyed spa and it was outstanding. Renil was our guide for excursion and was out of the world. Truly enjoyed our stay. Cheers"
