"Good clean budget hotel in Bogmalo. My room was overlooking the swimming pool. Toilet was also well maintained and clean. Towels, pillow and bed sheets were spotless. The helpful owner who resides at the property stated that hygiene is paramount when preparing food in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner was excellent, with the kingfish tali really nice. The spacious cottages are set in a spice plantation with gorgeous plants and trees, exotic birds, animals and insects. The owner Akosh, and his staff, were so helpful and informative and there was delicious vegetarian food served at every meal. "We have booked Albenjoh guest house for 27th Aug-29th Aug,2017. The only advantage I fill is the location. Calangute and Baga beach is in walkable distance and there are plenty of good restaurents nearby. Room condition is okay, but the amenities are not at all enough as per the Delux Non-AC rooms. "We stayed at Serenity for a month from November to December. We don't normally go this early but found out our visa still had 6 weeks left so grabbed a last minute deal. The hotel is situated behind Horizon bar and grills. The food there was excellent with great staff. Our room had a fridge, kettle safe Tv and brilliant A/C unit although it was a bit loud. The room and bedding could be cleaned daily but we had it done every two days just to refresh everything. We always got good quality towels...
