"An old style heritage hotel at a calm & quite place. Closer to Cruise jetties. It is equidistance from both North and South Goa. Good place for families. Restaurant needs improvement - need more space and variety. Breakfast is below average. No varieties. Need serious attention. Rooms were good, fairly big and well maintained. Wooden furnitures (coat, tables & chairs) give a special feeling. Though I got 51% off in hotels.com, the rooms are priced very high in the hotel website. ...

"Very quiet local beach nearby, practically to ourselves during the day but a bit busier overnight. Much nicer than the tourist beaches Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else. The service was amazing, the kokum welcome drink was lovely!"

The staff were well trained and very obliging and the check-in and out quick and efficient. The art gallery, jacuzzi, salon and the gift shop, all were great additions to the place. "everything about the property was good. great location and walking distance to the main post office bus stand but the internet was horrible, it was too slow in the evening , we were on the 4th floor and my son had to work at night as we were from US , he could not work in the room, very very very slow internet. it was ok on the main floor but noisy and the internet room was not open since covid. he had to book another hotel to save his job and it cost him extra 1000 dollars. the customer service...

"Excellent location with beautiful Architecture all around . Rooms are well maintained,neat and clean and Under the guidance of Mr. Carlos (Owner) the hospitality is excellent. I stayed here for 2 nights and the Mr.Carlos was so thoughtful as to give me a Guide book upon reaching the home stay which took me through the history wedged in the place and all around. I would recommend all to go for this place if you want a Safe ,Clean , and a Owner who is very Trustworthy and friendly . "
