"When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. I was told upon check in that they would call when our room which was ready, the hotel never did. The staff upon checknin were not friendly at all and acted thatcwe were an inconvenience. Upon leaving to go have dinner and some errans, we came back to hotel around 8 pm and our room was ready. The front desk was very friendly and attentive, i wish 5he prior staff were as nice as her. We had a nice stay and enjoyed our visit with our neice who...

"A great stay at the Ventura Best Western. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The rooms were spotless. A yummy breakfast of bacon, sausage, omelets, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cereals, waffles, fruit and more. It was obvious the staff takes pride in keeping their guests happy. A great place to stay."
