"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"Arrived told no booking thought we had paid on checking we hadn't paid hotel was full they had to find room in another hotel tried to contact Expedia but couldn't. We're treated all the time that it was our fault. Had breakfast included in this hotel but wasn't at the other. Overall very poor even contacted by Expedia in the morning about check in time.
