"Unique decor. Loved the vaulted ceiling in our room. Great that they kept the history of the building. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. Great location, near ALL transport links. Some very good local eateries. Will stay again."

"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we keep coming back for a reason. The service we receive is without doubt the best. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is to amazing within easy reach of both Rialto and St Marks. There is a great choice of good restaurants in the area. Travel around Venice is easy with a Vaporetto stop just a short walk away."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, but getting around for sightseeing was quite challenging. The water taxi fare from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport was 220 euros. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, it only goes to San Marco Square, so reaching other tourist attractions requires taking a public water taxi, which consumes a lot of time."
