"This was our best experience of hotel hospitality that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Rishav and his house keeping team were so thoughtful and kind. Ravi is a true gentleman and an excellent pool bar supervisor and Mukesh is incredibly hard working and attentive. Our biggest shout out goes to Sangeeta. This woman is incredible and she made our stay first class. She is incredibly thoughtful, kind, humanistic, respectful, reliable and responsive. We will definitely return again and again and again. "Our stay in the Fairfield was exceptional. From the beautiful foyer to the adequately sized and comfortable room, the hotel was very well appointed and provided all requirements. However the outstanding feature was the superb service offered by the staff. There was a high staff/guest ratio. "Acess to private beach. We had a chalet near to sea so it was nice experience. Food options in tje restaurant is having limited choice. They shoud introduce or give oprions for more authetic south indian dishes. Over all it was good "

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful "

"The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "

"Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. We ordered room service & they made us off menu items on request, thank you the the chef & room service team. Overall highly recommend TAJ, they always go above & beyond expectations. Well done to Taj team. "
