"Extremely pleased with our stay at Azul. The staff is friendly and attentive. Victor at the Agave restaurant deserves a special mention. You could call on him for food and drink suggestions, beach towels, sunscreen, and he would assist with a big smile and a great vibe. Overall, it was an amazing, pleasant, and relaxing experience."

"Have stayed her several times…service has declined…we have stayed here and there sister hotel Nomade…a total of 5 times. It’s been 3 years since we visited. The service is NOT what is used to be. On top of that, I left a diamond ring in the room and messaged them to retrieve it..and they literally have ghosted me since they first responded. I told them exactly where I left it. I have reached out to the concierge another two times day, zero response. Unacceptable. The overall service isn’t what it used to be at all but the lack of responsiveness is really INSANE. I am happy to edit this review WHEN I get A RESPONSE and help with going ring back. We had an ocean front room and loved it. "
