"My family and I stayed here and was really looking forward to it. Downside is, it’s far from Tulum shops and beach clubs/restaurants. The road around the property was run down and unpaved. The entire area around the property is unpaved as the area seems to have construction going on. My family and I did not feel entirely safe as the only locks were on the front outside door and the sliding door.
