Great location for walkable access to sites and tours of downtown San Jose. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff friendly. Hotel room well appointed and nice layout with central common areas.

An amazing property to stay at if you have a quick 24-36 hour layover in Costa Rica. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are incredibly designed to provide a cultural feel with eco sensitivities, and the best part is that the property has about 2-3 hours of hiking available on the grounds Will come back next time I'm flying through SJO

We found this beautiful property and it was above and beyond our expectations. It was absolutely stunning. From the charming unique rooms, the stunning views, colorful plants/flowers, amazing dining food/drinks. Rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. We were on the 1st floor so we didn't get a view of the sunset but we were just as happy to be able to walk out of our patio and visit the pool/sitting area and go to breakfast and dinner at the restaurant onsite. We will definitely be back!

"Very cool place with good food and the staff was awesome. Location is pretty remote but worth the view. Would recommend only using vehicles with decent clearance. We had a Nissan rogue and that did the trick."

"The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. We ordered two lobster dinners and were served shrimp. When we stole the waitress that we ordered lobster and got shrimp, she looked at our plates and said, "no, that is lobster." I said no it is not and so did my grandson.
