"Checkin staff was busy with a video call and just let us wait without any reaction. After a while the annoyed receptionist told us to wait for a colleague to come who was „running around somewhere“. "Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."
