"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."

"Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer, die Lage des Hotels ist Strandnah. Das Frühstück ist gut und man vermisst nichts. Das Hotel befindet sich anscheinend gerade im Umbau, sodass hier und da noch Renovierungsarbeiten erkennbar sind, was aber sonst nicht gestöhrt hat. Einziges, aus unserer Sicht, Ärgernis ist der Balkon. Wir haben uns bewusst für ein Zimmer mit Balkon entschieden. Dieser ist im Grunde nicht vom Nachbarzimmer abgegrenzt. Da muss man schon sehr kontaktfreudig...

Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
