"After reading guest reviews on your web site, I selected this hotel but found totally opposite. The room provided to satay me had no tube light, no telephone connection, fan worked only at 5 speed level and water coming from tap was reddish and dirty. There was no drinking water supply in the room. After complaining for the same I requested the Hotel Staff (front office) to change the room, they ignored and said will do tomorrow and tomorrow never came and ultimately I had to stay in that...

"I initially booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 8. You might find something that looks similar and is a few dollars cheaper but I didn’t even go hunting once I found that Jay Suites had an elevator, powerful AC with a simple on-off controller, a good bed, excellent shower with unlimited hot water, an in-room fridge with 2 free 1 litre bottles of water daily, and a better than average breakfast for about $5. "When we arrived theres no room, they sold it to other people, and they choosed another hotel for us to stay, wanted us to pay ourself for the other hotel by canceling the booking by their own without asking us first!! Very bad!!"
