"The staff is absolutely amazing. Raj was wonderful helping me with taxis, excursions, and even helped me with my phone when it was having issues. Bicum, Nisan, Noraj and Ram are awesome. "This place is perfectly adequate. You will have everything you need: how water, breakfast, etc. and it's in a really good location. In Thamel, but down a nice quiet street. One of the staff seemed annoyed with us when we were 10 mins late for breakfast, but he didn't start making it until we came down which also wasted time for us. So that that was the only hiccup during the stay."
