"Really nice hotel in good location, staff really accommodating. We have stayed here many times, it’s just had a revamped and rooms are lovely with up to date technology which it was lacking. "

"I really liked this place, despite some eccentricities. Estrella del Norte is run by a few generations of a Canarian family, and feels like a family-run establishment. The building is somewhat dated, but boasts fantastic views both ways, of the sea and nearby Teide volcano. They keep it spotlessly clean, and are very welcoming. "Excellent vacation. While there are many restaurants on property our favourites were a beautiful walk down the boardwalk in La Caleta. and beside the resort El Mirador. "

"Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. The maintenance , bar and especially the buffet staff were exceptional! The adults only serve-yourself lounge was a great place to hangout. The shows...
