"Stunning place in so many ways. The many pools, the landscaping around the pools, the design of the common spaces were all wonderful. The restaurants were all wonderful too. Shops and restaurants outside the complex were great. Exceeded our expectations in all ways. Our only minuscule frustration was trying to get the tea and milk replaced in our room daily. Which was a wonderful room too. Totally happy, sorry to leave. "

The selection of international cuisines, fresh ingredients, and top-notch service made dining a highlight of our stay.The hotel offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday. The multiple pools, including an adults-only area, were well-maintained and had a great atmosphere. The Rock Spa was an oasis of relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Entertainment was top-tier, with live music, DJ performances, and themed events creating an electric energy throughout the resort.Our modern, beautifully designed room had everything we needed – stylish décor, top-quality amenities, and an incredible view. However, despite requesting a double bed, we were given two single beds pushed together, which was a slight disappointment. "An extremely well-managed and designed property. We really enjoyed the food / entertainment / room and overall facilities. Staff were great! A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat. "
