"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance. The location cannot be beat: the Taj East Gate is a pleasant walk to the west and the hotel area is relatively clean and quiet.
