"This hotel is so nice! It’s spacious for a couple like us that stayed. They were very courteous at the front desk. The room had nice amenities in the room included. It is walking distance to the local eateries and grocery store. "Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge.
