"Would not recommend anybody to stay here. Booked a reservation for 4 people well in advance. The hotel reached out to me a couple of hours before my travel to tell me they cannot accommodate my booking (even though it was confirmed). I disputed that because if I went on Expedia during the conversation, I was able to book another room because it showed as they had more available rooms. They also stated that they were out of the office and the person who were taking bookings on site did not update...

"The apartment was very lovely quiet clean with good parking except entrance need paving can damage your car. I did not get TV-needed new batteries for TV remote. Trued all night to figure out tge toilet only to realized tgey had turn off the water valve. 3 matches in the match box for lighting the stove amble check much be done at all times to ensure all needs are met even tho their were small matters and a one night visit. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay again.Thanks "

"The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable....

"Front desk staff were wonderful. Upon arrival, there was only a limited piece of toilet paper on the roll. Morning, Called front desk to get some . Took 3 hours to get it from housekeeping. At the dinning room, Asked for a muffin and banana bread, was put in a bag. The cashier walked away without a word, had us waiting and return without a word or apology. Very awkward moment. Again, front desk staff, 2 young ladies were excellent. Great ambassadors. "
