"This is a unique small boutique hotel. The taxi I had arranged from the airport to the hotel never showed up even though I had the confirmation in writing. The welcome drink was never delivered to the restaurant for me. My room had water on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I waited over 75 minutes for two tacos to be served.
