"The lobby, hallway, elevators and rooms are dark and shabby. The towels are thin and worn out. There were holes in the blanket on my bed. An old bottle cap was on the floor in my bedroom when I checked in."

I called the front desk and he said sometimes the signal isn’t good but I had planned to do some work this evening and now I can’t so I’m disappointed. But the room is nice. The location is fine. I would come back, but I would have to bring a hotspot with me."

I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"It was very loud early mornings to late afternoon The people were friendly, we were in an area that was barely finished The beach was fantastic as always for the money we spent it was not worth it because of the area of the room ."

"Have stayed in past year and room was wonderful. This condo was not updated. It was clean, but needs updating. Was missing so amenities, quickly staff replaced. (Coffee maker, toaster). This unit - Bayview 2516 did have Allan with extra table and couch area- that was a bonus. Bay view pool is a good alternative to the main pool also. Dock is closed- by can still fish. "
