"Very beautiful resort hotel. It feels like a real getaway. It’s like a gated community and you’re enclosed in on the grounds. The hotel resort has multiple buildings, so double check your room reservation. The Terraces building has a hot tub and unheated pool, which makes it a more quiet and peaceful area. There weren’t many people at the Terraces hot tub and pool. However, the water park area is very busy, crowded, and filled with families. It’s definitely a fun place for the kids to go, but you have to get there early to find a spot to set your stuff down. Overall, excellent experience. I really loved the gift shop too. Affordable prices and nice items. I bought a keychain, tea cup/coffee mug, and a magnet for my refrigerator. "

"I loved how close we were to Universal parks/City Walk. I also loved the amenities provided at the hotel such as pool, splash pad, lazy river and slide as well as arcade and bowling alley. I didn't like the check in process, it was a long wait just to check in(I understand it was spring break which tends to be extra busy in Florida, but I feel like it could be more streamlined, felt underwhelmed compared to check in process at Disney hotels). The staff was wonderful though, Meredith, who checked me in was really nice/helpful and even upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise."
