"Beautiful Property, the check in staff could be a little more attentive, but everything else was perfect. The pool table and shuffle board game was a nice surprise. We didn’t mind the pool being closed for renovation because we wouldn’t have had time to take a dip with our short 3 night trip anyway. The room was a perfect size. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle was awesome. We’ll definitely be staying here on all of our future trips to Disney. Oh yeah! The pizza, Yummy! Thanks for a great experience :) "

"Eduardo helped us check in and he was amazing. Had a long day with a horrible experience flying with sun country. I ended up booking the hotel for the wrong day. Eduardo helped us get the room for the correct day, even tho Expedia wasn’t being flexible. Amazing experience and also the room and facilities were incredible. I’ll be sure to see if a citizen m is available any place I go in the future"

"Great service, staff had a great attitude when it came to giving us instructions on where to find our rooms. Only complaint is the AC wasnt working. We turned it on, worked for a few minutes then stopped. When we called to ask for help, the instructions given, still didnt allow the AC to work. "
